No add option? Open this site in Safari on iPhone, or Chrome on Android, instead of inside another app. If your browser cannot install it, you can still use the website.
Get the latest version
This downloads the newest files from the site. Reports waiting to send, and drafts, are kept.
If it still looks old, close the app fully and open it again. Only as a last resort, delete the home-screen icon and add it again.
Free up space
This removes the photo-check files. They download again if you use the photo privacy tool. Drafts and waiting reports are never deleted.
