About Cieran

Hi, I'm Cieran. I started Ayrshire Cleans.
Ayrshire Cleans is a community litter-pick project in Ayrshire. It started as my own project, and it's for anyone who wants to help.
Why I do it
I'm autistic and have ADHD. Getting outside and picking litter helps my mental health.
Sharing each clean-up here keeps me accountable. It keeps me going.
What I'm working towards
You can see what I'm working towards on the 2027 goals page.
Ayrshire Cleans and me
Ayrshire Cleans is the community project. This page is just about me, the person who started it.
